JOS Machines LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we handle your uploaded files for 3D printing, machining, sheet cutting, and sourced/partner manufacturing.

1) Information We Collect

• Order information: name, email, phone, company (if provided), and shipping details needed to fulfill your order.
• Uploaded files: CAD/mesh files and related metadata (filename, dimensions/volume estimates, selected process/material).
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2) How We Use Information

• To generate quotes, manufacture parts, communicate about your order, and provide shipping updates.
• To prevent fraud, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.

3) File Confidentiality (CAD/STL/STEP, etc.)

• Your uploaded model files are used to manufacture your parts and to support quoting/production workflows.
• We do not sell your files. We do not publicly share your files.
• If your order requires sourcing through a partner shop, we may share only the information needed to produce the part (e.g., geometry and specs) with vetted partners.

4) Third-Party Services

• Stripe processes payments securely.
• Carriers (shipping providers) receive shipping information necessary to deliver your order.
• We may use hosting and analytics services necessary to operate the website.

5) Data Retention

• We retain order records for business operations (support, accounting, and warranty/remake handling).
• Uploaded files may be retained for a limited time to support production and customer support. If you want files deleted sooner, contact us.

6) Your Choices

• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data where applicable.
